Donny Louissaint, Pharm.D., C.Ph.

Donny Louissaint, one of the Co-Founders of WeCARE Consultant Pharmacists, has an extensive healthcare background with more than 16 years of experience in the field.

Over the past 12 years, Donny has excelled in the community pharmacy setting, holding the position of pharmacy manager at CVS/Caremark Pharmacy. During his time there, he gained recognition for his exceptional customer service, operational optimization, and provision of medication therapy management. Donny Louissaint's academic achievements include earning a Doctor of Pharmacy from Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia. As a licensed consulting pharmacist in Florida, he takes great pride in being a member of the esteemed American Society of Consultant Pharmacists. By leveraging his expertise gained from clinical and community pharmacy experiences, Donny consistently upholds a high standard of quality and efficiency in healthcare facilities.

Prior to his pharmacy career, Jeffrey was a Nutrition Educator in Broward and Dade counties for the Florida Department of Health for over five years. In this role, he conducted comprehensive nutritional assessments for clients, devised effective action plans, and made referrals as necessary. Jeffrey Elveus boasts an impressive educational background. He holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Nova Southeastern University, complemented by post-graduate studies in public health at Florida International University. Furthermore, he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Florida, Gainesville. Currently, he is a licensed practicing consultant pharmacist in the state of Florida. He takes pride in his membership with the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists and the Florida Society of Health-System Pharmacists.
